BENIFITS OF HEAT
Good Reasons to Sweat
Placing the body in a deliberate heat of 40 degrees or more has been known to assist in detoxification pathways, increase blood flow, reduce stress, promote healing, relax muscles, improve sleep and even support certain injuries and more.
Deep Heat
Infrared saunas use infrared heaters to emit radiant heat that is absorbed directly into the body. This heat penetrates deeper into the skin compared to traditional saunas, potentially promoting better circulation and increased oxygen flow.
Detoxification
Sweating is a natural way for the body to detoxify. Infrared saunas can induce a deeper sweat at lower temperatures compared to traditional saunas, which assist to eliminate toxins and heavy metals from the body.
Pain Relief
Infrared heat can penetrate joints, muscles, and tissues, helping to relieve minor aches and pains. It's often used as a therapeutic treatment for inflammation and conditions such as arthritis, muscle soreness, and joint stiffness.
Improved Circulation
The heat from infrared saunas causes blood vessels to dilate, which can improve circulation. Better circulation can have various health benefits, including improved cardiovascular function and enhanced oxygen delivery throughout the body.
Stress Relief
Like traditional saunas, infrared saunas promote relaxation by helping to reduce muscle tension and promote a sense of well-being. The heat also stimulates the release of endorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals.

Infrared heat can help to cleanse the skin by increasing circulation and promoting better oxygen flow to the skin cells. This can improve overall skin tone, texture, and clarity.
